Brian Wendler is known throughout Connecticut primarily as an accomplished painter. He was later mentored by artist James Caudle in the art of lead repousee, or hammered lead, at the former Art Cellar in Clinton CT and is now also known as an accomplished sculptor. His worked has been exhibited widely in galleries and art shows throughout New England and can be seen in the Madison sculpture shore exhibit.
